CustAmazePrint values its customers and respects their privacy. We collect customer information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, contests, and promotions.
CustAmazePrint recognizes that it must maintain and use customer information responsibly. We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us online to third parties. However, we may share your information with third parties under certain circumstances as detailed below.

WHAT WE COLLECT
We collect information such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and payment information when you place an order, save your information with us, create an account, or participate in a contest, promotion, or survey. We also maintain records of your product interests and your purchases online.
All information we collect is shared with third parties only if they are involved in completing your order, providing requested services, or fulfilling legal or contractual obligations.
GOOGLE AUTHENTICATION / GOOGLE SIGN-IN
CustAmazePrint may allow users to sign in to their accounts using third-party authentication providers such as Google. When you choose to sign in using your Google account, we receive certain personal information from Google, such as your full name, email address, and profile picture, for the sole purpose of authenticating your identity and providing access to your CustAmazePrint account.
INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH GOOGLE LOGIN
When you authenticate using Google Sign-In, we collect and store the following information provided by Google:
Full name
Email address
Profile picture (if available)
This information is used exclusively to authenticate users, manage user accounts, and provide access to CustAmazePrint services. CustAmazePrint does not access or collect any additional Google account data beyond what is necessary for authentication.
USER-UPLOADED CONTENT (IMAGES AND GRAPHICS)
CustAmazePrint allows users to upload images, photographs, and other graphic content to their accounts for the purpose of creating, customizing, and printing products.
User-uploaded images and graphic content are stored securely and are used solely to provide requested services, including product previews, order processing, printing, and customer support.
CustAmazePrint does not use user-uploaded images or graphic content for advertising, marketing, analytics, machine learning, or any other purpose unrelated to the services explicitly requested by the user.
RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN GOOGLE AUTHENTICATION AND UPLOADED CONTENT
If you sign in using Google Authentication, your uploaded images and graphic content are associated with your authenticated account in order to provide access to your designs, orders, and printing history.
Uploaded content is not accessed outside of your account and remains private unless you explicitly submit it for printing or sharing as part of the requested services.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
When you make a purchase from CustAmazePrint, we use your information to process and fulfill your order. We will send you emails to confirm your order and may contact you by phone, postal mail, or email if additional information is required to complete your order.
When you save your information or create an account with CustAmazePrint, you may be signed up to receive email updates about our products, services, contests, and promotions. You may opt out of such communications at any time.
We may also use information about your product interests and purchases to improve our website, services, and overall shopping experience.
THIRD-PARTY TRANSACTIONS
We contract with third parties to assist us in maintaining and managing customer information, fulfilling orders, processing payments, providing printing and shipping services, and communicating with customers. These third parties are authorized to use your information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are not permitted to use your information for any other purpose.
Personal information obtained through Google Authentication is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
CustAmazePrint retains personal information, including data obtained through Google Authentication and user-uploaded content, only for as long as necessary to provide requested services or comply with legal obligations.
Users may request deletion of their personal information or uploaded content by contacting CustAmazePrint customer service.
DATA SECURITY
We implement commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including secure storage and industry-standard security practices.
ACCESSING YOUR INFORMATION
You may access, review, update, or delete your personal information by signing into your account. Requests to change email preferences or remove personal information may take several weeks to process.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
CustAmazePrint does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected without verified parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
COOKIES
We use cookies to improve your shopping experience, track orders, recognize returning users, and enhance site functionality. Cookies do not store personally identifiable information.
You may disable cookies through your browser settings; however, doing so may limit your ability to place orders or access certain features of the site.
GOOGLE API SERVICES USER DATA POLICY
CustAmazePrint’s use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is accessed, used, and stored only as explicitly described in this Privacy Policy.
