At CustAmaze, we only send SMS messages when a customer has explicitly requested it during a phone conversation.
By providing my phone number, I authorize MyFactory LLC to send me automated or manual SMS messages containing MyFactory LLC’s email address or other contact information whenever I request it over the phone.
How Do We Obtain Consent (Opt-In)?
We receive phone calls from customers interested in printing services. During the call, if a customer asks where to send their artwork or requests our contact details, we confirm their request and send a one-time SMS with the relevant information.
This constitutes a verbal opt-in given during a live conversation. We do not send unsolicited messages.
